Do not hesitate to use a crème brûlée dish, or any other Pillivuyt cookware, in your oven . Pillivuyt products can withstand temperatures ranging from –15°F to +575°F (-25°C +300°C). Thus, you can put your crème brûlée directly under your broiler in its Pillivuyt dish.

Can Pillivuyt articles be put in the freezer?

Pillivuyt articles can be placed in the freezer. You can even prepare your meals in advance, place them in the freezer and heat them when needed. All the Pillivuyt products can withstand temperatures ranging from –15°F to +575°F (-25°C +300°C), thus they can go directly from the freezer to the oven and microwaves (except decorations with gold or platinum for the microwave).

Dishwasher-safe ?

Pillivuyt articles can be washed in a dishwasher. The completely non-porous glaze, obtained thanks to a firing at high temperature 2.552°F (1.400°C), ensures a maximum food hygiene.

Note : some of your very old decorated articles should not be washed in dishwasher.
