Designed in collaboration with Babette de Rozières the new Alizée line was inspired by the lush foliage of tropical islands…

Host of famous culinary programs on TV, chef of the restaurant "La Table de Babette" in Paris, Babette de Rozières dreamt of plates with an original design to complement her cooking.

Star of the French TV and famous French chef, Babette de Rozières is an ambassador of her native island, offering Creole and West-Indian dishes in her restaurant in Paris.

She dreamt about it… She drew it!
One day, while serving one of her dishes, she started to dream of plates with a unique design, which would perfectly fit her culinary creations. The idea to design porcelain tableware was launched !

A coincidental meeting with Pillivuyt, and a mutual interest for each other, was enough to make the dream concrete. From sketches to drafts, Babette de Rozières drew the basic line of the Alizée collection with asymmetrical and evocative design, inspired by the soft winds, the generous sea and luxuriant foliage of the tropical islands where she grew up and that she loves.

The Alizée collection takes advantage of the "Pillenium" technology, particularly adapted for professional uses.
