The quality department

The manufacture of a piece of porcelain is a long process requiring numerous operations. The slightest incident such as dust or temperature variation causes a piece to be downgraded or rejected. Concern for quality is felt at all stages of the manufacturing and attention is constantly called to it in all the workshops.

The quality department takes care of the integrity of the process throughout manufacturing and daily controls the products at the various stages of production in order to increase the quality standards of all Pillivuyt products.
